The London Marathon is on Sunday and I would like to give a massive shout out to all the local people who will be running.
I’m not participating this year, but I have in the past so I know first-hand just how much effort – and suffering – is involved.
I want to congratulate each of you for getting this far – particularly for the long hours spent training and preparing – and to wish you luck on the day.
Beyond the physical feat of running 26 miles, your fundraising efforts will also make a real difference to those in need.
In this community we have runners raising funds for local charities, such as Vision 4 Youth, as well as many great national ones.Ā
If you’re as inspired by these amazing people as I am, please consider donating to their causes, using the links below:Ā
